Conclusion of contract

Orders will only be accepted in writing. A written order confirmation will be issued. The handling of our transactions is exclusively subject to our general terms and conditions.
Prices

The prices in the current price list apply. These are understood to be direct sales prices (including VAT) from the company headquarters, but excluding packaging, transport insurance and postage, which are calculated at cost price.
terms of payment
The promised delivery time will be adhered to as far as possible. Delays in delivery of more than 8 weeks entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract. However, claims for damages due to late delivery are excluded. Deliveries are generally only made against prepayment. A 50% deposit may be required for first-time customers. Collection only against full payment in euros. Paint finishes that deviate from the standard design are carried out at no extra charge, but the model must be paid for before the start of construction, which the customer will be informed of in writing. The layups are subject to material availability. If certain materials are not available, equivalent or higher-quality materials from other manufacturers can be used.

A deposit of 25% of the final price is due with the order confirmation for the GPS Triangle Scale model “Glasflügel 604”.
Shipping

Shipping is by post, DPD (German Parcel Service) or by a forwarding agent at the risk of the recipient. Damaged shipments may only be accepted after the carrier has properly determined the damage.
complaints
Complaints must be made to us in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods. Defects that can be proven to be due to material or work errors will be remedied by us after our assessment or a respective spare part will be delivered. We assume no liability for the delivery items being completely suitable for the use intended by the customer, and also no liability for property damage and personal injury resulting from the use and processing of our products, since we cannot control the processing and use. Technical changes reserved.

Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
Intellectual Property Rights

We reserve the right to copyright use of our constructions and products.
If pirated copies are made or made available to third parties for this purpose, even in the case of minor changes, a contractual penalty of at least 20 times the price of the product applies, regardless of a more far-reaching court decision, as agreed.
Fulfillment and jurisdiction
Chemnitz is the place of performance and place of jurisdiction for all deliveries and payments. The contractual relationship is subject to German law.
